Mozilla Matures and Composite Reborn

A subtle, but definitely awkard, unimplemented feature in Mozilla is coming to 1.4.  Currently, tree widgets are incapable of spawning tooltips -- making long titles in mail, detail info in bookmarks, etc. impossible.  The recent status update confirms that bug 31257 will land in 1.4!

In other Mozilla news, vietdev.sourceforge has updated Composite to work with Mozilla 1.3. There's some funky language stuff in their version and it triggers on click in a textarea, instead of ctrl-e.  Strangely, the author deleted all of the tri-license MPL statements from the code.  You can delete all but one, but sorry, no can delete all of them.  Waiting to hear back from the author, in the mean time, Piotr Paw³ow submitted a patch that does some fixor'ing to vietdev's Composite.
