XUL IDE

XUL, the xml based UI language underlying Mozilla, is now much more accessible to learn.  XUL Maker 0.5 is out providing visual XUL design and installers for the xulplanet and O'Reilly book references.  Go get it.

Addendum 07/26:
Mozilla has some builtin tools which greatly aid the development process.  Check out the DOM Inspector and the Venkman JS Debugger.
