Using the Menu Bar in Mozilla

While several of the new IE features revealed in neowin's coverage seem like catchup with Mozilla, a subtle original idea creeps out in the main IE window screenshot.  The home/refresh/etc buttons are moved to the same toolbar as the File/Edit/View menus.  Turns out, you can do this with the customizable menus in Firebird too!  Here's an example:

Though I hadn't thought to try prior to this.... I also admire the extra real estate in the new IE dedicated to back and the reclamation of the top bar of uselessness -- but how does the menu-dropdown work for that back button?
