WebBrain, an open directory port to the java applet version of the Brain gets canned in Modem Driver largely for it's paltry OD content. The author refers to what seems to be an almost Jungian vision of "flying through the web." Elsewhere, a journalist asks (via VizBang) for comments on when fancy graphics, particularly 3d, can actually be useful when dealing with information on the web.
