Int'l Herald Tribune has a very useful hypertext navigation feature, appropriate for any site with lots of internal content. They offer a clipping service, where by you can tag headlines/links of interest and they are inserted into the main navigation bar and maintained for the session. Other sites offer a bookmark feature, but this is really slick.(via Nate)

It's nice to see major news sites innovating with DHTML -- The Independent makes good use of rollover menus and even swaps out content on the homepage.

Hmm, open source log file analyzers... The lightweight version of my user/usability tracking code is up at SourceForge though there are still a few technical difficulties (don't try and go to the Lucidity project homepage).
